Add a Comment

All registered users are able to provide Comments against any product, service or solution found on our site

Promote or Demote Comments

If you are a registered user and you find a Comment useful then you are able to promote or demote the Comment using the 'Valuable/Irrelevant' tool. (shown below) This way all the really useful Comments will be found at the top of the list.

Solution Provider Responses

We actively encourage Solution Providers to respond directly to the most relevant Comments - whether this be to just thank the Comment provider for there postive feedback and support or to repond to a Comment that is a query or question.

The Solution Providers response to the Comment is shown in the box circled below.

Reply Threads

We also offer individual Reply Threads for each Comment displayed. You can use the “Show/Hide Replies” to view and add replies within a Comments Reply Thread. Of course the Solution Provider may also post replies within the Comments reply thread.
