What is a Customer Reference?

Customer References are endorsements from the current or previous customers. They provide proof that what the business offers and has showcased is real-world and actual implemented.

  • They are extremely valuable because they give potential customers the chance to learn more about the product, service, solution and Solution Provider before making contact.
  • They are also extremely for important for Solution Providers - as they provide credibility and show that your offering is proven.

Solution Provider can obtain Customer References by asking their previous customers to complete a very short questionnaire.

Note: Solution Providers do not have the ability to modify a Customer Reference in any way. They only have the flexibility to decide whether or not to publish the Customer References with their solution. The only person who can modify a Customer Reference is the person who completed the Customer Reference.
