Eye Bank Association of India (EBAI) is a not for profit society. The policies of the organization are framed by an Executive committee, which comprises of Ophthalmologists and Eye Bankers. The Executive committee is elected by the members of the association and the term of the committee is three years. For list of EC members click on the link.
Any person or organization can become a member of Eye Bank Association of India and help strengthen the eye donation movement. List of services available for institutional members.

Awareness:
Through Celebrities' endorsement of eye donation. To name a few of them - Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachan and Jaya Bachan, Dada Saheb Phalke Awardee A.Nageswara Rao, Telugu Film Star Chiranjeevi, Flutist Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Tablo Maestro Ustad Zakhir Hussain, Religios Head Jeer Swamijee, Bharata Natyam Exponent Alarmel Valli etc.,
Hospital Cornea Retrieval Program (HCRP):
A proactive program through which next of Kith & Kin of deceased can be counseled and eye donation of the deceased can be facilitated.
Accreditation: Quality Assurance program aimed at ensuring adoption of uniform eye banking standards and practices so that surplus cornea can be seamlessly distributed all over the country.
Government Liaison - Ensure favorable legislations to strengthen eye banking and facilitate legal compliance like registration and also accessing grants.
1919 - A special service number provided by BSNL, MTNL all over the country, which is non metered, to facilitate easy access to the nearest eye bank.
