In fact, the entire way we conduct our business has been developed around the customer to ensure we are giving them what they want, and not just what we think they want or what we want to give them.
How do we know what customers want?
Focus group research: We conduct regular focus groups with our customers. We get big group of customers into a room, and talk about what it is they do and don’t like about Boost. It gives us a really good insight into how we can improve what we do!
Customer feedback: We encourage customers to email us by providing our email address on the wall of every store. We read each and every email individually and ensure any issues raised by customers are followed up with the store.
Boost guarantee: Our guarantee which is displayed in our stores encourages customers to email us their feedback. This is such a great tool for us cause it enables us to get highly detailed feedback on all areas of the business.
